Cell morphology has become a standard theory for computerized cell image processing and pattern recognition. Among many factors that affect the diagnosis of a disease, cell image analysis and statistics have made great contributions to results and effects in the medical field. Cell image analysis is a key factor in abnormality identification and classification, early cancer detection and dynamic changes analysis under specific environmental stress. Morphological cell analysis finds the cellar shape, cellar regularity, classification, statistics, diagnosis, and so forth. The research on morphological image analysis encompass a wide application area such as clumps segmentation, morphological characteristics extraction, 3D reconstruction, abnormalities identification, and statistical analysis.
